Villa Rosemarine is an impressive traditional south facing villa, situated on the Croatian island of Brac in a prime position on the South coast. Next to the Adriatic Sea, with panoramic views of the Island of Havar and the Croatian mainland. The villa is built on three levels and nestles in the pine trees. The aroma of pine is ever present. Built of traditional BRAC stone (the same stone as the American white house) the house is arguably one of the nicest villas on the island of Brac.

Stepping down to the waters edge, Villa Rosemarine is perfect for fishing fans who can dangle their lines from the jetty. The covered dining terrace has fabulous views across to Havar, is the perfect spot to dine on the days catch

The jacuzzi is in the lower garden area and nestles under the trees (have a relaxing soak while sipping your glass of wine overlooking the sea).

The villa is situated on the Putinak and Ruzmarine peninsular . Putinak is made up of beautiful stone summer houses. During the summer there is a bakery and a local restaurant Bilin. Putinak is a suburb of Selca and Sumartin both villages are fine examples of the old Dalmatian architecture. A great environment to truly immerse in the traditional way of living, but still have all services at your disposal. With excellent transportation connections to the mainland. The villa is close to the Putinak Marina, the boat refueling station and Sumartin Harbour.

First Floor

	Main villa entrance leading to the lounge area with comfy sofas and two patio doors leading out onto a large stone balustrade balcony and covered veranda with panoramic views. Sun loungers and outside lounge with comfy chairs, overlooking the sea. There are two twin bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and one with separate bathroom. A double bedroom. 1 with en suite shower (2 bedrooms overlook the sea).

Penthouse



	The penthouse has fabulous panoramic views with 2 stone balustrade balconies, outside dining area and sun lounges. The penthouse has a lounge area with comfy chairs and a new Italian kitchen with two patio windows leading out onto both balconies.
